Location
The event will take place at Royal College of Physicians, 11 St. Andrews Place, London, NW1 4LE. This can be found by what3words at ///wiring.accent.moment. A map is also provided below.
Please ensure you bring your work ID card with you as security will be checking people as they enter.
The nearest tube stations are Regents Park and Great Portland Street. If you're coming from the UK office, the easiest route is to take the Circle line from either Monument or Cannon Street, optionally changing on to the Bakerloo line, depending on which direction on the Circle line you go. You can see the current train times for trains from Cannon Street to Regents Park on the Transport for London website.

Where can I do some work during the day?
We will have reserved space for you to do work during the day if you need to. Spare Dell laptop power supplies will be available if you don't have your own with you.
Where can I leave my coat and bags?
There will be a cloakrooms for you to store your personal belongs for the day on the lower level.
Is there WiFi available in the venue?
Yes, there is a guest WiFi network availble.
How do I know which group and team I'm in?
We've split the attendees up in to two main groups. . Your group will be written on your ID card, which should also match the colour of the lanyard you were given with your ID card. Your group indicates which order you do the activities, as seen in the Agenda. Each group is then broken up into smaller teams. Your team number can be found by scanning the QR code on your badge when the activities are in progress.
Where are the bathrooms?
There are bathrooms on level one, downstairs from the main entrance, near the cloakroom.
Who can I talk to if I have further questions?
Feel free to ask questions of anybody running the activities during the day if you have any questions - we'll be wearing the rainbow lanyards 🌈.
